The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For made-to-order items please allow 2-3 working weeks before your order is shipped.
All pre-made pieces will take up to 1-2 working weeks to process (prepare, wrap and post).
 

Estimated shipping times:

  • Australia: 7-25 business days
  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 1-3 business days
  • United States: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 5-7 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but can't guarantee them.
 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
 

Returns, refunds & exchanges 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item (confirmed by tracking details), unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
  • Just contact me within 21 days from delivery
  • Ship items back to me within 14 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
*Please note can't accept returns for earrings for health/hygiene reasons*
 
If these are not possible for you, please contact me before you make a purchase so we can discuss an alternative.
 
 
We also accept exchanges! 
We are more than happy to replace items of jewellery that were purchased in the wrong size UNLESS it is a custom size smaller the size UK K/US 5.5 or larger than size UK O/US 7.5. Please send us an email at info@featheroak.co.uk to confirm and send your item (with your name and order number included in the parcel) to:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (Unless your item is copper and therefore has naturally oxidized). Some items are exempt from being returned such as custom-made pieces or rings made in sizes smaller than UK K/US 5.5 or larger than UK O/US 7.5.

Conditions of return/refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is also responsible for any loss in value.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged & Lost packages

In the event of a lost or damaged package please contact me. Buyers who provide an incorrect/incomplete address or who do not collect or arrange a redelivery for undelivered parcels, buyers must pay for re-posting when their item has been returned back to FEATHEROAK.
PLEASE note that I cannot refund parcels after they have been marked as delivered by the courier. 
 

Damaged Jewellery

Please understand that the buyer is responsible for any damage made to their jewellery after they receive it. For jewellery damaged before delivery please contact me.
